We understand that plans can change.

To ensure fairness to our guests while allowing us to manage our availability effectively, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 15 days or more before check-in: Guests are entitled to a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

• Between 15 and 7 days before check-in: Guests are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

• Less than 7 days before check-in: Cancellations are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of serious and unforeseen medical circumstances that prevent the guest from travelling. In such cases, official medical documentation must be provided, and any refund will be subject to review and approval by the property. A refund is not guaranteed.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy outlined above.

💶 Local Fees

• The payment of theTourist Tax and the ckeck in process, including the registration of identity documents, are managed through our online system, Vickey. Both procedures are required by law.
